Visiting specialists can only be accessed via referral from a DYHS GP.

Moorditj Djena

Moorditj Djena attends one day a week at Maddington Clinic, Midland Clinic, and Mirrabooka Clinic, and provides the following services:

  • Diabetes foot care
  • Education around the optimal management of diabetes
  • Specialists referral pathways to other treatments related to ongoing management of diabetes
  • A dietician who provides helpful dietary and lifestyle advice
  • A diabetes educator/pharmacist
